YamYam helps adults log what they eat, cook with what they have and keep a training routine. Food logging, barcode scanning, water and gym routines are free. YamYam Premium adds every AI feature.
Everything that doesn't use AI is free. Every AI feature is part of YamYam Premium, which needs a Google or Apple account.

YamYam is for adults (18 and over) who want to understand what they eat, cook more at home and keep a training routine. The app asks for your age during setup and doesn't continue if you're under 18.
YamYam is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Calories, macros, recipes, plans and workouts are general information and estimates, some of them generated by AI, and they can be wrong. Always check ingredients and allergens on the label. Talk to a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and before changing your diet or training if you have a health condition, an injury or a food allergy.
